You want to lose weight or build muscles but you do not know what should be your calorie intake to reach your goal?
On the basis of your current weight, height and age the application will calculate your BMI, i.e. the body mass index, as well as the range of recommended weight and your ideal weight. Thanks to the ideal weight you will make the first step towards setting your goal, regardless if it is building muscles or reduction of the fatty tissue. Thanks to the chart you can mark your weight every day and thus monitor the pursuit of your desired goal on a current basis.
The app is available in English, German, Polish, French, Spanish, Italian and Chinese.
